Worried about Lewis

I have been trying to buy a small fridge from Lewis Furniture store based in Boksburg Central in Commissioner street. The total cost is over R12000. This has been going on for over a month and they advertise that get a credit is quick and easy. The original cash price is R5000, but with interest it's over R12000. They are very unhelpful and have the mentally of who cares about the customer. The first time I tried to buy the fridge they offered me R19000 and now they are not interested in my business an more. The store is a joke and after reading comments about Lewis I am seriously worried.
