World class service from Noni- Kuilsriver Lewis Store(163)

Good day

I just want to take this platform to say thanks and compliment Kuilsriver Store Manager Noni, She gave us the best service on Saturday 19/11/2022.

We had an unresolved issue with another Lewis store in Alice of a corner carboard that was not delivered and only find out a month later from the Head Office that it was out of stock, we waited for a full month with no feedback on the issue and no communication. We had to call them to get empty promises.

We drove to Lewis store (163) in Kuilsriver and She was welcoming and very professional. She only took 30 minutes to sort it out, we got the corner carboard and we will drive with it to the Eastern Cape in December. Big thanks to Shakira also at Head Office for her effort to communicate with us and making sure that this issue is resolved.
