Why was the club fee added again

I am raising this complaint on behalf of my mother PH Pretorius, who has been struggling to get any assistance. <br> Good day I visited the Koppies branch end of Jan and requested the club fees to be cancelled and reversed as I do not want to pay the fees and cant afford same. It has been added now again and I refuse to pay this. Why can your staff not listen to what a customer needs.
