Where is my referral fee?

My name is Silindile Gumede I am a current customer for Lewis Store in Kwamashu I was informed while I was doing my initial purchase there of my current account that should I refer any customer to them I would get some sort of a referral fee so I did refer a customer to them and now it has been couple of months now I have not recieved any compensation to this effect but I'm sent to pillar to post. I must stress my absolute disappointment in how I have been treated so far by Lewis Store in Kwamashu that I need to use external means like Hello Peter to get some sort of a solution to my predicament from Lewis Store. No one is getting back to me now I find it unfair and cumbersome.
