What an inconvenience!!!!

I'm so annoyed by Lewis stores, I bought couches and have been paying insurance fees over and above, I laid a complaint above the fabric of the couches peeling off, they sent their guys to collect my couches on the 11th of Feb till this date no feedback from them, when I give them a call they promise to call me back still nothing, to my surprise today their response was"they don't have enough funds to pay the repaired department, what the heck!!!!!
