What an embarrassment.

If I could, I would not give this place a single star. While I respect that I made an obligation to pay them, I skipped a few payments simply because my furniture was ******. I was relocating to a new place, and the deliveryman was referred to me by a neighbor. The delivery man, before I was even able to get his name or cellphone number or even the number plate, drove off with all my things, clothes included. I started missing payments from then, and I did not open a case because I had no information to work off of. My appliances were not insured, and the policeman said I would be wasting my time. Since then, I have had to start over from scratch. Today, of all days, they showed up at my job, which is completely demeaning, considering I had emailed them and contacted head office to advise them of what happened. They have completely taken my dignity away from me. I think it is because I changed cellphone numbers and they can't reach me that they are doing this, but this is absolutely demeaning, and I request that they don't contact me or show up at my workplace. I will pay them back their money. What they did is absolutely disgusting.
