What a JOKE

Recently took my brother to open an account. When through the whole process, helped him pay the deposit, signed all the paperwork, only to find them delaying his application after the consultant asked him to give his employment history and he said he was on contract it has been renewed. Up and down...he decided cancel the deal Go to the store to get my deposit I helped him with only to find story after story about my money!!!!! Rudeness and told they will call me Did I hesitate to pay no!!??? They need to seriously reviewed their processes and start treating customers better.
