We regret purchasing at LEWIS STORE IDUTYWA

My Sister and I bought television stand at Lewis furniture store Idutywa on the 24/11/2023 and we were promised that the delivery would take a about a week since they fetch the furniture from warehouse it is not in the store at that time.

On 22/12/2023 We went to Lewis store Idutywa to enquirer about the delivery of the purchase and we were told that the one they have it’s scratched we can take it on a special deal we refused as we were not interested on scratched television stand. The sales lady and Supervisor told us there’s nothing they can do there’s no stock. We canceled the purchase and asked for refund . We submitted all the documents they asked from us.

On the 26/01/2024 My sister went to Lewis store Idutywa to find out about the refund because it’s been a month since the cancellation of the purchase, She was told to submit documents again for the refund.We feel taken for a ride, it has been 2 months dealing with them and it’s exhausting.
