We purchased furniture in 2021 at Lewis stores Rusternburg on credit

We purchased furniture in 2021 at Lewis stores Rusternburg on credit. An electric kelvinator stove and L shaped black leather couch. The stove only worked for a good 4 months and after that 3 top plates(front right plate, rear right plate and rear left plate) weren't working. We've put in a complaint for the stove since September 2021 but still we've heard no response nor assistance as to wether Lewis is going to fix the stove or replace it. The leather couches too. Firstly they were not attached as they were supposed to be when they were being assembled by Lewis delivery guys. Secondly when we questioned the delivery guys they said it's a manufacture default. My question then to them was, how are we supposed to accept material that was cleared for delivery but has a manufacture default? Lewis or rather its consultants/floor assistants had no answer. Sometime around March 2022 we called Lewis to enquire about the stove and when they are intending to come and fix it or at least replace it because we can't afford to pay for an appliance we're not using. We had to buy a new stove from a different store. July 2022 we went to Lewis stores Rusternburg, the Ecxat brunch where we made the purchase and still we weren't given a clear answer as to when they are going to fix the stove. We went again in September and in October 2022 and were told that they will send people at our house to come and collect the stove so it can be fixed. We went again in January 2023 to enquire about the stove. My mother was intending to settle their credit but I can not settle the credit for poor service and deleberate ignorance from Lewis stores. No explanation or update whatsoever was given to us from Lewis as to why they are not fixing the stove nor attempting to. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW THE BATHO PELE PRINCIPLES. The matter is still unresolved!
