We bought a 40inch smart TV, Hisense

We bought a 40inch smart TV, Hisense. They didn't have stock 4weeks later they gave us a 32inch smart TV but the price stayed the same. How can I pay R14999-00 for a 32inch TV and the manager refuses to resolve or to rectify our concern.
