Waste of time and worste customer service ever

Worse customer service and worse place to go to. Did an online application, only got a call back from Lewis Stores Pretoria on Friday, I then did all that was needed and send documents, I was helped Jafta, at then end of Friday he told me that everything is done and they will deliver first thing in the morning. On Saturday morning i phoned to confirm, he then had other stories. I then told him to just cancel everything i will go to another place and get the goods neede cause im on my way to town. He then said that i must please not cancel, i must just send another copy off my ID and then everything is done and they will deliver. When i saw time is running out. I phoned again. I was in town close to the store. So i asked him. Will they make it for delivery or should i come and pick up the goods before they close. He they said i dont have to worry at all. I will still get the stuff. He is just waiting confirmation from the manager about delivery and he will call me within 5 minutes. After another 20 min sitting and waiting in the middle of town, i phoned again. To my surprise just to be told that Jafta already left and went home. After waiting 10 minute's on the line for the manager, i then get told that i must come in on Monday to come and scan my ID.. Thanks allot Jafta for wasting my time and for making me a fool.. Lewis Stores Pretoria is the worst, i will never support any Lewis. If i had gone to the place i wanted. I would have had everything done and have the goods in 2 hours time.. What an bull**** lie they have on the online ads. Telling people that you do everything online and still get same day delivery. When actually you must go in store to scan your ID. How is this then online when you must go in to the store to scan ID.. Waste off time and poor customer service. Just for making a fool of me, i will make Lewis Stores Pretoria famous for their service. Jafta needs to go for some customer service training before working with customers and making an fool of them.
