Washing machine.

I am very disappointed with Lewis store, branch 225 in Queenstown. I am based in Bloemfontein now, my mother is in Queenstown, so I decided to buy her a washing machine in Bloemfontein Lewis, twin city branch, since it was her birthday on the 9th of July, so on the 14th of July I went to purchase washing machine for her, and they promised that they ask Queenstown branch to deliver the machine to my mom in Queenstown, since today the machine is not delivered, because this branch here in Bloemfontein said they've been calling that branch in Queenstown to deliver the washing machine to my mom, "Michael" the person they spoke to in that branch keep coming up with excuses, first it was loadshedding then he wanna deliver for his customers first before he deliver to my mom, I fail to understand because I thought Lewis is one thing irrespective where is it, now it's almost 2 weeks my mother haven't received her machine, I kept on calling my mom saying, they gonna deliver but until today, they haven't, I have been a good customer for Lewis for a long time, but Queenstown branch have really disappointed me a lot, this Michael really let me down, I thought my mom would have got her machine by now, but she haven't... I am really disappointed 😥
