Washing machine

I bought a washing machine on the 5/06/2024 at Lewis Grahamstown by the end of June the machine was already giving me problem, one rubber on the filter was missing, there was a very weird sound which made the machine to stop working and the machine was not washing properly. I reported the care to the store and it took them 2months to collect the machine for repair no one was even communicating with me regarding the machine. After a week they returned the machine all to find out that they only fixed one problem still called them informed then that the rubber in the filter is still missing they told me it's suppose to be like that off which I knew they were lying, I even told them I would prefer an exchange because it's been just a month and machine is not working the lady told me they can't give me a new machine, as I was still fighting for the half done job they did, the machine broke again it's not even 6months or 3 months I bought the machine but was just giving me problems. Called them and told them I don't want the machine as it's been giving me problems since I bought it. They collected the machine again fixed it and now they want to return it back to me and I don't want the machine anymore I want a new machine or cancel the deal with them, they are refusing me to cancel the deal. Please help me.
