Was **** to my face and R25000 for a **** leather lounge suite.

Hi, I would like to just give my reason for complaint on this platform due to the the assistant on the floor of the Lewis stores said this is the only way I can get to formally lay a complaint as there is no management able to speak with me and provide a proper a reason as to why I have paid R25000 for what was supposed to be a genuine leather lounge suite, but all sides of the pillow casing of the each section of lounge suite is peeling off and leaving and awfal amount of shredded **** LEATHER PARTS the only part of the suit which does not peel is the font part of the pillows, I have bought this with my hard earned money and was told that this is an entire suite is genuine leather and that every part of the suite is leather which is misleading as the front is genuine leather but the sides and bottoms are clearly **** leather which is now showing and a clear indication that what I paid R25000 for assuming was fully genuine leather lounge suite only to be a **** leather suite with some genuine leather parts which is about 50%, I feel cheated out of my money and it is extremely frustrating when you can't even speak with someone even when going into the store to get this resolved, I have purchased with Lewis stores since 2006 and I am really disappointed and feel cheated for being a customer for all these years and this is how I have to express my regret and anger for the way this organization has treated me
