Warranty still valid.

I bought a washing machine with Lewis round about a year ago. From Las year the machine has been making strange sounds and does want to wash any clothing. I have reported it fours times by the branch in palm springs in orange farm and no one came to help me out. A week ago I called the call center which looked promising because they called back bwut yet again no one has come. The washing is under warranty and I need to do my laundry as I'm 73 years old I can't do my laundry with my hands. So please advice what to do next.
