Warranty queries/Bad attitude

I baught 3 Serenade beds cash on 30 December 2013. One of the beds base are damaged, and the one mattress is damaged. <br> I spoke to two ladies very arrogant/not in the mood to help me , they told me because I baught cash I only had one years guarantee, so its not their problem. When I baught the beds I was told I had a few years of warranty.
