Want to buy a Fridge!!!

I have been trying to buy a Fridge/Freezer combo online from Lewis stores with no avail. My daughter just moved to Clanwilliam and I, being in Mosselbay, try to assist her. They advertise on the website under appliances/fridges a KIC 170l with sku no 232105 for R2 499,99, but one can't buy it, as the web page takes you to a "We will call you" option when you hit the "Buy Now" button. I then contacted the store in Citrusdal, as there was no answer in Clanwilliam, but they can not supply any KIC's only Kelvinators 220L at R3 399,99. I then contacted the head office, who only transferred me to Customer Care. All they did was supply me a reference number with the promise that someone will contact me. How does one buy something for cash from Lewis stores that they advertise on their website?????
