Waiting on Lewis to refund

I had problem with Lewis Thabong branch.I reported it and the head office promised to refund me,they asked for my ID copy and proof of banking details. I gave them but till now there's no refund.Know there's no one contacting me to tell me what's going on.The reference number is 613338. Yours M.J.Motsiri
