Waiting forever

I Resigned from Lewis Stores in March and since then still awaiting my pension fund to be paid out.<br> Its already 5 months and whenever i phone to find out I'm being sent from pillar to post.<br> They firstly lost all my documents and now whenever i phone they being rude.<br> I need Urgent response to this matter <br>
