VIOLATION OF POPIA FOR CONSUMERS - Never settle up your Lewis accounts THEY will decide to process credit applications you didn't request for!!!!

I've had TWO Accounts with this Service Provider which i settled early on the 24th May 2024 for an amount of R16 767.69. On the 06th July 2024 an employee at Lewis decides to *****ULENTLY PROCESS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION (Breach of POPIA) to grant me credit I did not request &I received a SMS Congratulating me on a successful application and TOO DATE NO ONE TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY at this company. No concrete feedback on who did this without my consent and an ENTIRE *****ULENT ENQUIRY loaded to my credit profile and they CANNOT STATE WHEN THEY WILL CONTACT THE CREDIT BUREAU to remove this. Pathetic service to Customers who has never skipped A payment!! THIS IS SHOCKING!!!!
