Victim of Wrong Listing @ South African ***** Prevention Services (SAFPS)

Hello!

Hello! In 2017 it was brought to my attention by a number of retail houses that there was someone constantly trying to **********ly open credit accounts under my name. I also learnt that in some instances they were successful so I took it upon myself to open a case of Identity theft with the SAPS and had to write a sworn affidavit which was sent to all the involved parties.

Following my home loan application I am informed by all banks that my name has been negatively flagged at the South African ***** Prevention Services (SAFPS) by Lewis Furniture Store. I know for a fact that my name is clean, only stained because of the ***** activities mentioned above which, I am a victim of.

I have been trying to contact (021- ********** ) Lewis group ***** department every single day for the past week with no luck. I have also sent emails to ********** and ********** to kindly request Lewis advise SAFPS to remove the listing of my name on their system or list me as a victim as I have been advised by SAFPS. The email details the above mentioned issue but sadly my request has not been treated as a matter of urgency I have mentioned that I am under immense pressure with regards to my bank application. It seems like Lewis ***** department doesn’t exist.
