Very very Bad service experience at Lewis Stores

Good day, This is my second experience at Lewis stores and I believe it is the last. The service at Lewis stores is very very bad and I don't know how else to put it because I will never purchase anything from Lewis stores again.on 24 January 2020 I went to Lewis Stores in uitenhage Market street. I went there for a loan, they approved my loan and I needed the funds urengtly. I waited since 15:30 on 24 January 2020 and I am still waiting for the funds to be put in my account and is 25 January 2020 already, so I don't know what type of service is that, because to me it is very bad service, I phoned the customer care Centre and I was told there are no agent available. As I said before I would not recommend anyone to Lewis Stores.
