Very unhappy dissatisfied customer

Lewis stores in Durban US pathetic they have a so called dumb unhelpful bunch of idiots working their I bought sofas 27000to be precise only had it 6months it was the stitches was tearing long story cut shot it was fetchedfrom my hone 3months allready no feed back wats soever they cznt locate the sofas they dobt know we're it is or which driver has taken it from the store I have my proof of Pick up they debitting my bank account if R1405 everymonth for the sofas that us not even in my house the staff including manager is rude and arrogant they called me to ask wens my next installment due yet I i was debited on the 29/07/2022 yet they have no answers for we're my sofas are I'm PAYING FOR SOFAS THAT LEWIS FETCHED FROM KY HONE SHD HASNT GIVEN KE FEED BACK THEY ARE *****S I'M VERY UPSET AND UNHAPPY AND WILL BE CHARHING THDM LEGALLY NOW!!!
