Very poor service

Very bad service from Lewis Mabopane central city. I made a purchase of 4 items from the store in October 2025, , they only delivered 3 items on the 1st November 2025. 1 item which is A tv stand was to be delivered in the 3 November to this date I have not received the stand. They also put in something on the bed which has a very bad smell the room windows needs to always be open.I have been following up with the store the past 3 week yet they are not willing to have this matter resolved. I lodged a complaint a week ago with the complaints department no one is able to solve this. They are very quick on debit orders yet fail to follow up if their debit order correlates with the order a client received. I believe it is against the law to charge someone something they don’t have.
