Very poor service

I bought a bed from Lewis, Khayelitsha branch in April 2018 and the bed was delivered in May 2018. I bought an Edblo bed but I was given Medi Spine which had a factory problem in the same month it was delivered in. I did not want the Med Spine bed but I was told it would take sometime for the stock to arrive and I needed a bed and I also didn't want to be a difficult customer.

I reported the mattress that was faulty and I was told it was gonna take about 4 weeks. After 5 weeks I called the store and I was told they had received the mattress and it was going to be delivered. After numerous calls the mattress has not been delivered until today.

Today I called the stored and I spoke to Josephene at Lewis, Khayelitsha and she was rude after all this time I have been waiting for my mattress and she was the one making empty promises about delivering my mattres
