Very poor and disappointed service

Poor poor service From Both the Store and Head office.

I bought furniture at Lewis store. When it arrived the bed mattrass was torn on the sides. I contacted the store and they had another one delivered. The one arrived and it was the same, i reported it again and nothing happend, now this was already in January 2025 till date.

My dining room set the lorenso 7 piece was a disaster from start. The *****s that holds down the table top to the legs was too long and it went right through the table top. I reported it and they took a second hand one from somewere and sent it to me. This one had scratches everywere on and around the top. I reported it again and they sent another one. In a months time this one broke loose on the sides and the table top bended to the sides. A month after that the table legs that is pressed wood broke out from under the table( very bad Quality) for R12999.99. The legs was connected with allen key *****s. I had to fasten them daily. The one leg of the one chair completely snapped and broke under my wife( she is very small and slender) i reported it to lewis store and nothing happend since february 2025, they constantly said they waiting for stock to exchange it( till date nothing) the dining room set is stored broken in my garage, the bed is still torn.

I reported it to lewis head office. Nothing happend. Im still without a dining room set and bed( but they expect payment for stuff that is broken and off no use) lewis stores and head office you should be ashamed of yourselfs not looking after the best interest of your clients.

I am so disappointed and will never ever buy at lewis again.
