Very disappointing quality of Lewis products

I regret ever buying from Lewis stores. I bought a grande MK2 full set 5 piece kitchen cupboard in one of your stores in Idutywa in February 2020. Just a month after the purchase, the cupboard was already a mess, doors and drawers falling off. I made several complaints at the stores but I was told they will come fix it and if it is beyond fixing they will have to take it, however even today nothing has been done. I have been to thier store so many times complaining about the same thing. I bought the cupboard for about R21600 on credit and I pay a monthly premium of around R1370. I am very dissapointed and very heart broken to watch my money go to drain like this. I am very disappointed of the way they have treated me as a paying customer because even though your product is a mess I have never missed a payment on my premiums.
