Very disappointed with Lewis

I bought a washing machine at Lewis springs branch the machine it's not operating the way an automatic machine must, their technicians are instructing me to use the machine the way it suits them and I'm paying that machine every month for them to come tell me to use the machine how it's beneficial to them because their lazy to come out and see what is the machines problem,i will never ever buy anything from Lewis.
