Very baf service

<p>For years now I have been a very good customer by lewis furniture store in sasolburg and never had a complaint about service, unitil Thursday 27 Oct 2016 when I phoned them to repair my tv which is under insurance by them but the manageress rudely throws the phone down in my ear four times and was very rude! Then when i spoke to another lady there she is just as rude and does not understand a word i say. Eventually i said Im going to phone head office and she says well do it very rudely and throws down the phone in my ear. Ive been waiting for assistance and nothing they are quick to phone for payment before the due date but when the stuff has a manufacturer problem then they refuse to assist their customers. And never before have i had such problems!!!!!!</p>
