very bad services at lewis mitchell plain town centre

<p>i bought a machine at lewis town centre in july a machine didt want to spine so i reported it a guy came out and checked the machine after a half and hour he packed up and told me he is coming next week im still waiting on him, i then tried to put it on the machine then didt wanna go on at all i tried calling so many time and every time i call the staff tells me someone will call me back and they never do it has been more than a month now that iam with out a washing machine. i need my washing machine iam unable to do my washing . the manager at lewis mitchells plain said to me you bought the machine in this year meaning how can it not work .things break it just shows the poor quilty and i pay so much money for my stuff i bought there please assist and make them pay for their poor customer services</p>
