Very bad service from a very bad service provider

Lewis denlyn is the worst store to be dealing with, we submitted a claim for our hisense smart TV in November 2023. No one from the store had even bothered to give us any update regarding our claim. We have been phone Thato that works there and his been lying to us ever since saying he will call us and telling us hisence will come. This is absolutely bad service.
