Very Bad service

I have lived a complain by email and u have not yet responded my email,,,is is about a Lewis store in Vanderbijlpark branch number548,,,I there is a white lady by the name of Linda who went to my house while I was at work and harass my wife speaking the ****** words telling that black people are failing to pay their accounts ,even thou I have reported to Lewis store that iam going to be late on my payment due to problems of salaries at work,,she said that she will come and collect the goods she dosent care wether I reported or not,,they were so rude to my wife with their drivers,,I found my wife in tears when I arrive at home, I called my mother in free State telling her the story and my mother was attacked by Hart attack ,,i have reported this matter to EFF and national consumer commission ,since we'll u not interested in helping me.....going to parchace the good to Lewis has nearly coused me my loved ones....very bad service I never knew that I will be labeled as a black person who is failing to pay the account....not speaking about the car and the van that is always popping in Naw and then at my workplace and my house ...yhoooooo leya tseba ho shebisa motho ka mahlo a batho shame...
