Very bad, poor service no care at all!

I have settled my account on the 4 Feb 2026, still today I have not been cleared on credit bureau. I have phoned the call center,emailed and even gone to the store still zero help! I sent a message on their Facebook the response I am getting is automated messages and new references numbers which means nothing as I followed up on that number I was told the agents are unavailable!
