Very bad customer service They always have an attitude acting like they give me money to pay my instalments

Very bad customer service They always have an attitude acting like they give me money to pay my instalments. A week back I bought furniture and they delivered same day but it was never assembled I have to now chase them it's been a week even now my things are still in boxes
