Very bad customer service support lewis randburg

I received very bad customer service from lewis randburg branch after I had to follow up self for the last two week I got approved payed in a deposit required and after spending my lunch hour and more for the last few days trying to find out by when they would deliver I went in today again just forvthemvto tell me they cannot help me any longer as I bank with tyme bank and they do not deal with the bank !

I feel the way the matter was handled was very unfair towards me as a client and with all new technology and payment methods that can be used that simply it is wrong
