Very Angry customer

This is the second time I am writing my query about Lewis Stores Khayelitsha Mall. I am an angry customer, they are the most cheating store I have ever experience, I have bought a new TV at Lewis Khayelitsha Mall six months down the line it broke and I returned it and I was given another set after 2 months in repairs, it broke again, and I returned it again, so it was like that five times, after reporting them to Hello peter they brought another TV set which looked new but it was only after a month that we notice they gave us yet another second hand TV whereas I am still paying for the TV set, what gets me the most is that it got broken again and they gave me a smaller size as compared to the one I bought, when I disputed they said it is the only TV set they can give me otherwise I will have to wait for that one to come back from repairs. The manager was rude and disrespecting.
