Very Angry and Disappointed

i bought a tv, fridge that came with the microwave and a home theatre, that was on the 05th of november 2015 and i still havent recieved the microwave...iv been calling connie the store manager and she is not saying anything she is not even seeing the need to call me and give me a valid reason as to why i havent recieved the microwave...iv been to the store speaking to the manager still not explaining why i havent got the microwave...all i need is the microwave because i pay the account onn the monthly basis for me to be treated like this? if they fail to deliver the microwave please come collect the rest of the goods i will go to a shop that keeps their promises unlike you guys...am angry and dissapointed..
