verbally insulted by the manager

I bought a bedroomsuit and bed for R15000 on instalment at lewis sometime in June 2017,they delivered a broken mirror and one of the pedestil handle was broken i reported the matter immediately from June i was taken from pillar to post only in November on the 17th 2017 they fetched the broken mirror for repairs then they returned the mirror on the 23 -11-2017 still broken without a glass even it was again taken back for repairs until today i get a call from the manager of Lewis in Roodeport who was rude and even insulted me also threatened me that he wants to fetch the stock from my house i was traumatized by his behaviour and with Lewis as a whole i would never recommend Lewis to anyone
