UTTERLY DISGUISTED WITH

It has been 5 months since my sister, Akhona Skele laid a complaint with Lewis Stores, Athlone. The service is utterly pathetic to say the least. A lady by the name of Tammy welcomed my sister at Lewis Stores and offered her services. She chose a bed she wanted and Tammy did the paper work and assured the bed would be delivered to our home address. It was a tedious process for her bed to even be delivered at our home address but after 2 weeks the bed was finally delivered. Upon receiving her bed, my sister noticed it was not the bed had initially purchase. It was a Restonic BED and she immediately called Tammy and she told her that the bed she had ordered was out of stock. So, Tammy made her own decision to deliver a bed that my sister had not purchased. With that be said, Akhona paid the delivering guy and accepted the bed because at that time it seems the bed was good quality and RESTONIC BED?

After a month or so the REstonic bed was lopsided and she could feel the springs of the bed when she slept on it. She called Tammy and was reassured by Tammy that she would lay a complaint with the manufacture and call my sister back but she never did. My sister called Tammy again and she transferred her call to the complaints department and my sister spoke to a man named Andre (complaints Agent/Manager). Andre who I will say was the not helpful at all. He made empty promises or would say it was late and he was on his way home but would call the next day and he never did. I don’t know how many calls my sister made calls to Andre but sadly she found out that Andre was no longer working for the company and NEVER file any paper works to the manufacture, he basically **** and left the company before escalating the call to the relevant personnel. Yep, my sister had to call yet again and was put through to Dimitri who has since not called me back but also **** and made ridiculous and empty promises. Even the store manager Nathan has not made any follow up whatsoever. My sister has been calling back and forth for the past FIVE MONTHS AND UP UNTIL NOW, NOTHING HAS HAPPEND

I have never in my life seen such *********** staff EVER. The lack of empathy, professionalism is disguising! I am disappointed with the RESTONIC BED as well.
