Useless service

<p>I bought a 5 piece Mellerware set last year from Lewis Stores in Grahamstown. The kettle kept on tripping my electricity and so i took the kettle to the store, gave it to a lady called Gloria and till today she never called me back for replacement or no feedback at all. I took it in the 2nd Week of June...and told her i have a small baby that needs bottle to be made from the Kettle. </p> <p> </p> <p>When i went back to the store several occations, still no feedback or she was not in the shop to assist. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am very dissapointed in the service, not suprised because it always happens that Lewis Stores in Grahamstown, doesnt take its customers serious.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist</p>
