Useless Lewis at Jozini

At Jozini Lewis they treated me like and idiots I bought a headboard after lying saying they do have stock on 5th April 2018, on 8th I discovered that they don't have that heardboard they advertised. I went ro the shop to ask my money they said they don't refund a customer I told then that its written to your till slip that it allowed. They then agreed to refund me. From 8 to 15 April they keep on saying they don't have cash they are still waiting for customers to pay. I asked the consultant to call the head office to transfer money to my account the lady said they don't do that. I emailed the head office asked all details till slip number and account I did then sent my banking details to the shop to fax it to head office but still waiting. Just because I reported this case to head office the lady in the shop doesn't want help me because I contacted the head office she just left me today when Im encountering to this matter.

It 25 April 2018 today still not get my money.

Anybody who can help me to get back my money I have spent about R1000 keep on visiting them to vheck what is happening.
