useless

we bought furniture there about 3years ago the stuff was damaged the shop refused to take it back, and now that we almost finish with them they keep telling us to come by more stuff and when we said no, and that we are going to close the account they said that we cannot close the account and that they will not close it, so i want them to close the account as soon as it is paid out, and if they do ever come to our house or near our family again i will take legal action against them, i have already spoken to my lawyer about this.
