USELESS

Weeks and weeks I've been trying to get assistance form one of your stores , I've just been transferred from pillar to post. Russell Hobbs has referred me to the store I purchased my Top loader 14kg however I am still wasting my time trying to get my issue sorted .I've been getting a delay error message and all I need is to find a copy manual which I do not have or someone to assist how I can remove the message , instead I get **** to and get told to call back or they don't have stock that's why they can't help. I am a client and you should be delivering a service or try to assist at least. When I request to speak to a manager the answer I get is his not available. This run about is extremely exhausting and costing me money
