Used Sofas

I bought Sofas in February and they were delivered in March, upon delivery you could see they have been used somewhere else. I have reported this to the branch where I bought them but still to this day nothing has been done. They are dirty, they are torn, they have fire holes. When you sit down you all the way through to the floor.
