Upfront on account as per statement

Account *** - I was upfront with R3334. I bought a stofe in February - Gas - and because I new there was a credit - I did not pay a premium - as per my understanding is there is a credit. Then on the 07th of June I received an call - I need to pay my account. I said to Talita but I am upfront paid on my account and she explained to me no - there is two accounts - I was not told there is two accounts - otherwise I would have new. She told me I must come and pay R835. I went the Saturday after her call and paid R1000. It showed me then upront with R140. Today I send again my monthly premium on that account(nr 2) and it should be more upfront due to the fact that the premium is only R421.92. (I paid in R600) again. My car blew a head gasket and when I tried to apply for a loan it was rejected because Lewis shows me in default with Lewis R 1200 en R 834. This is not right - Lewis is really in my eyes a bad company. My understanding was there is R3334 upfront on acc. When I got the call I paid in nr 2. Please correct my credit report on Transunion.
