Updating incorrect information on the credit breau

This is my 2nd review for this company in a space of 3 Months. My account is in arrears again but I made full payment on all 3 of my accounts. Lewis is the first to debit my account but they never update correct information, I am struggling to build my credit score because of such nonsense.. Month after month I need to fight for the correct updates. The call center agents are of no help and keep hanging up on me. I am tired of this company I regret even taking credit with this company.. 😡😡😡
