Update on my refund request

I just need a status of my refund request.....on 24 July 2024, I submitted my bank statement and ID for my refund after receiving confirmation that my account is overpaid and settled. The 14-working-day timeframe has passed, yet I have had no payment, no feedback, and my emails to *** and *** are ignored.

It is unacceptable that when customers owe you, communication is immediate, but when you owe us, there is silence.
