Update Lewis store accounts

Hi, My 2 existing Lewis Store accounts is not being updated by their accounts department, both my accounts records is not accurate or accordingly at the credit bureaus, I am currently up to date with my account but with the credit bureaus it reflects that I am 1 mnth in arrears.
