Unusable freezer..and terrible after sales service

My Mom bought a fridge in March 2023. The freezer compartment however freezes to such an extent that the door pushes open,even though it's on the lowest setting. We have to defrost it in order to close the door.we cannot put meat in the freezer as it freezers solid and cant be taken out when needed. I went to the store on numerous occasions, but the only response I get is tht their vans are busy or in for repairs. They came to the house on one occasion and requested that we switch the fridge off and they will come back to load it.. more than a month later we are still waiting. When you enter the store to lodge your complaint, the staff looks at you and responds as if you are some sort of alien that the cat dragged in. We require urgent intervention in this regard
