Unsatisfying couches

After weeks close to a month of up and downs,I was able to get assistance from one of the agents I think her name was Carol.I would like to thank you for everything, if it wasnt for you I would still be in the same situation.

The couch was returned on Saturday afternoon and everything seemed fine up until yesterday night.Someone was sitting on the same couch that was supposed to be fixed.When that person stood up it made unpleasant noises just like before ..and as for others have already sinked in.Please help me I don't want those couches anymore.
